Bachelorette’ Desiree Hartsock Shares Wedding Details

Desiree Hartsock stole American television viewers’ hearts with her down-to-earth persona and winning smile as The Bachelorette and now fans can rejoice as the star has finally found true love. The 27 year old bridal stylist from Northglenn, Colorado has found her happy ending with fiance Chris Siegfried and the wedding planning is well underway as the realty starlet shares wedding dress details and other plans for the big day. She recently revealed to the media that she is teaming up with Maggie Sottero to create a collection of 6 to 7 dresses to share with new brides.

Desiree and Maggie have teamed up to design 2 different looks for the star to wear on her wedding day and she has revealed that although the looks are still being produced, both will have an Art Deco feel to them with special custom details. She offers some advice to her fellow brides-to-be out there and says that if you are planning on going with a custom gown it is important to have the ability to visualize well, because there will not be an actual dress to see and try-on beforehand. She also let it slip that fans of her work can look forward to the perfect combination of subtle lace details and a bit of bling in the upcoming line.

As for their wedding day the couple is still deciding on the perfect date and there is a good chance that the whole thing may be televised for fans to enjoy. Desiree also confessed that her color palette for the wedding has changed from bright, beachy colors to something more soft and romantic to go along with the Old Hollywood glamour feel of her dresses. As for honeymoon plans, things are also still up in the air for the couple as it will be tough to narrow the destination down after all of the couple’s elaborate escapades they’ve shared in the past. No matter what plans these two lovebirds end up settling on, we’re sure it will all be a beautiful start to a long and happy marriage.
