Solange Deletes Beyonce Photos From Instagram After Jay Z Fight

If you have eyes, or ears, then by now you have heard of the bizarre fight between Solange Knowles and her brother in law, Jay Z. The two were videotaped squabbling inside of an elevator while Beyonce looked on with arms crossed and apathy etched into her stance. Now this bizarre drama has taken an even deeper dive towards the drama. Solange Knowles seems dead set on making a scene and she has taken to Instagram to get the ball rolling.

Solange was quick to delete all of her Instagram photos that had Beyonce, or Jay Z, in them. The move seemed to be a passive aggressive attack fueled by the footage leak of her assault on Jay Z. Solange was thorough, combing through hundreds of Instagram snaps, to make sure that the photos were deleted. When all was said and done, Beyonce was barely visible in her sister’s social media world.

Beyonce was quick to extend the branch of peace as she uploaded four shots of her sister to her Instagram. Whether this was done in earnest, or merely to try and look good in comparison, we probably won’t be able to find out. What we do know is that Beyonce posted a call for prayer after the incident occurred and before the video made its way to the 24 hour news cycle. The prayer asked for strength to “choose her friends wisely” so that she wouldn’t be “led astray”. Beyonce continued her prayer by asking for “discernment and strength to separate myself from anyone who is not a good influence.”

As of today there has been a loud lack of information from the parties involved in the fracas. Beyonce and Jay Z were spotted at a Brooklyn Nets game, happily together, but obviously worn down. Sources close to the situation made sure that reporters knew that Solange had “flipped her lid” before. Sources say that Jay Z and Beyonce are used to the way that Solange flips out, which is why they were able to stay so calm during the sister’s onslaught.

The hotel from which the leak came publicly condemned their security team for allowing the footage to hit the internet, saying that their security system had been “breached”.
