While it seems like not too long ago Canadian rapper Drake was proclaiming exclusivity with Rihanna (with whom he recently enjoyed a whirlwind getaway in Europe), he’s now revealed a new crush: Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence. Overall, the response in Hollywood and the refrain across the nation to this shout out to J-Law seems to be: “The line forms to the left, Drake!”

The beautiful Hunger Games actress has already stolen many hearts via the silver screen. However, in the new single “Draft Day,” the smooth rapper gives an unmistakable nod to Lawrence. The song goes: “On some Hunger Games s**t, I would die for my district / Jennifer Lawrence you could really get it / I mean, for real girl, you know I had to do it for ya.”

We shudder to think what Rihanna’s reaction might be to this “crush,” although the song lyrics aren’t all that explicit or incriminating. Also, Jennifer Lawrence isn’t the only famous star that Drake mentions in the single. The nearly-five-minute long track, which samples the 1998 hit by Lauryn Hill “Doo Wop (That Thing),” also takes jabs at other artists. Chance the Rapper as well as Jay Z are two of the targets.

In a Rolling Stone interview earlier this year, Drake called out Jay-Z, saying he can’t seem to write a lyric these days making references to the art world. Drake says he plans to collect art at some point in the future, too, but feels that Jay-Z talking about it constantly in his raps is “kind of corny.”

A month later, Jay-Z fired back on a Jay Electronica single called “We Made It,” calling Drake “Mrs. Drizzy” and “apologizing” for the art talk. He says, “Silly me rapping about s**t that I really bought.” Drake’s response in “Draft Day”? He chastises Jay for “talking crazy” only when he’s not around, warning it might “make him snap.”

How will Jay-Z, J-Law and Rihanna respond to Drake’s latest rhyme? Only time will tell.
