The American Horror Story Co-Stars Split

No wedding bells for Emma Roberts and Evan Peters, as they officially call off their engagement.

Roberts, 24, and Peters, 28 got engaged in 2013 after a year of dating, but according to multiple sources simply “grew apart”.

“They both had a lot of growing to do and it was better that they do it on their own,” a source told People.

The couple met on the set of Adult World, and later appeared on the big screen together in American Horror Story: Coven and American Horror Story: Freak Show.

Emma has been seen without her engagement ring a few times, but there are no official details as to when the pair actually called in quits.

Their romance wasn’t without its ups and downs either. In 2013, Emma was arrested after a “domestic dispute” in which Peters ended up with a bloody nose. The incident was later described as a “misunderstanding”.
