Singer Robbie Williams and his actress wife Ayda Field have finally responded to claims that they sexually harassed their personal assistant, Gilles De Bonfilhs.

The duo strongly denied the claims and stated that they will “strenuously defend themselves against the disgruntled” accusations made by their former employee.

Namely, Gilles has filed a lawsuit against Ayda, who allegedly sexually harassed him, as well as against Robbie who is named merely as a defendant and is not accused of sexual harassment himself.

Various Stages of Undress

According to the legal papers, De Bonfilhs stated that “Ayda walked around in various stages of undress and asked me to answer questions and comment on her body.”

However, an official spokesperson for Robbie claims the allegations are “entirely without substance” and that the matter is now “in the hands of the lawyers.”

“The claims (are) being made by a disgruntled former employee, after he was sacked for serious misconduct. Any proceedings will be strenuously defended. There will be no further comment on the matter as it is in the hands of the lawyers.”

Robbie and Ayda have been together for 9 years and have been married for 5. The couple has two children, a two-year-old Theodora (aka Teddy, and son Charlton Valentine, who was born in October 2014.
