New “It” couple Amanda Seyfried and Justin Long have finally stepped out together for their first red carpet appearance. The cuties were photographed looking cozy at the April 22 premiere of “Hedwig And The Angry Inch” on Broadway. Seyfried appeared gorgeous in a little black dress and matching blazer with bright red lipstick, while Long towered over her in a casual ensemble of dark jeans and a suit jacket.

The young twosome were reported to have been together for eight months before their glamorous debut in April. The lovebirds kept their relationship quiet and insiders have minimal details on how they met. Long even bypassed walking down the red carpet with Seyfried at the premiere of her film, “Lovelace,” but sources say that they stayed close together the entire night.

The scoop is that the two were dating other people when they first started hanging out, but the exact timeline of their relationship is hazy. Reps say that the couple has a similar sense of humor and Seyfried has posted romantic shots of their dates on Instagram.

The 25-year-old Long launched his career with rom-coms like “Accepted” and “Waiting,” and had a memorable role as the dorky boyfriend in Britney Spears’ “Crossroads.” 28-year-old Seyfried, of course, played America’s favorite bimbo in “Mean Girls” and received multiple award nominations for the musical tearjerker, “Les Miserables.”

Amanda has a role in Neil Patrick Harris’ comedy “A Million Ways to Die in the West”, coming out on May 30th. Long shows his chops in the yet to be released crime thriller, “The Lookalike.” The two’s busy schedule calls for little in the ways of public rendezvouses, which may be a reason why it took so long for them to display PDA at the Broadway premiere.
